The Cybernetic Library is provided free, as-is, with no warranty. It indexes and links to third-party AI artifacts we do not own or control, and composes them into recipes you run yourself in your own tools.

Third-party artifacts.Installing and running a skill, MCP server, or tool means accepting that artifact author's own license and terms. Our measurements describe how an artifact performed on our test tasks; they are evidence, not a guarantee of results for your case.

Acceptable use.Don't attempt to game the rankings, scrape abusively, or overload the service. We rate-limit and may block abuse.
