The Cybernetic Library turns the sprawl of AI-agent artifacts — skills, MCP servers, workflows, commands — into ranked, runnable recipes for real business jobs: growing revenue, hiring, finance, legal, founder ops.

What makes it different is the ranking. Every component is scored by measured causal lift— we run it against a no-skill baseline and grade the output with deterministic checks, not stars and not an LLM's opinion. GitHub stars turned out to predict nothing; a 6-star skill can beat a 182,000-star one, and popular skills sometimes make output measurably worse. We say so.
